It’s easy to get bored doing the same thing. We could do stairs and running every workout. It would be like having the same three meals every day. I be you would find people who would absolutely love to know what the workout is every day and there is nothing wrong with liking that regularity.
However, we’re not excited by that. We seek challenge, creativity, surprise, a hard workout that makes memories and smiles along the way. We want to help people connect while they struggle together, working side by side, slow, fast, injured, young, old, just had a baby, etc. Today was a great example of a workout where everyone was challenged, and the fact that the circuit reversed at the end of it meant everyone was in it together.
We take inspiration from anything, but often we come back to the animal exercises like Bear Crawl, Frog Jump, Crab Walks, Donkey Kicks, Bojans and the like. In the end we seek to make sure you leave tired, perhaps sore and perhaps having made some new friends.
