Matt and I love seeing this community grow. Over the last year and a half we have enjoyed the challenges. We do a lot behind the scenes to ensure every week we have a day that leaves people tired, smiling and energized to take on the world. We can plan for it but in the end we know weather, construction, even random things like forgetting dice on the day we planned for a dice workout could throw a wrench in our plans (Yes, this did happen one time). However we’re happy to adjust on the fly to keep this going strong. Part of life is learning to work within a sort of chaos and understanding the art is in making it happen and make it a good time in the end.

Our Favorite kind of Chaos

Now that brings us to our big announcement this morning. We revealed that Beth would be joining as an additional Plymouth Movez Co-Leader. She has been coming for a while now and if you haven’t seen her much lately it had been because she was training for the Ironman Lake Placid. She was already known to give many people a good challenge on PR Day (Anna better be ready on the next one!). That being said, she is more than that, she has a big heart and she, like us is powered by the idea that bringing free fitness to the community in the South Shore is something important. We look forward to seeing her settle into leadership and I can’t wait to see what she brings to the table.

Introducing Co-Leader Beth!

Join us in welcoming Beth. Matt and I look forward working with you. We’re happy to see wherever this collaboration goes–we’re excited.

“Hey Elin, put the sun in my hand!” –Beth

See you next Wednesday at 6AM!
