We’re not going to get mushy, we already had a lot of that this morning. Simply said, that each of you that showed up made our day. We will always be here for you ready with a workout and ideas for us to get our fitness on.
We are weatherproof. That being said I have worked out in slush before and know how much of a challenge that can be, so Matt and I got here early and shoveled much of the course to minimize the wetness people had to run in and so they could push harder and get a better workout. We don’t say this because we need thanks or recognition, we say this because that does illustrate how serious we take our commitment for this tribe. We’re not here to phone anything in, we want to give people something special every week. The payoff is seeing your faces at 6AM, ready to go!
Today we also tried a new burnout that we affectionately call the Talent Show, where we all took turns leading the group in doing a set of exercises. We got a lot of great ideas, including Carol who was so hard core she felt people should plank on the puddles. Great work everyone!
Speaking of every week, next week we’re having a Pop-up workout at 6:00 AM on Monday, February 18th, also known as President’s Day. We will be meeting at Stephen’s Field ( Click here for a map: https://goo.gl/maps/jbJti8UDo9D2 ). Get the word out and we look forward to seeing you there!
In Addition, today Carol brought everyone cake pop’s made by our very own tribe member, Andrea and her home business DeeLicious NP Cakes, check out her page on Facebook and see her creative creations: https://www.facebook.com/DeeLiciousNpCakes/
